I was born in New Jersey, but mostly grew up in Pennsylvania. I moved to Florida when I was 13 years old. I have been married for almost 24 years to my high school sweetheart, Michael Tragon and we have a son, Tyler, that will be 19 in August.

Why I Chose Education
I had a teacher in Junior High (9th grade) that was not so great and made me feel like I did not belong and was not smart. I hated going to his class; I NEVER wanted a student to feel this way. I want every student to feel like they belong and are worthy
